Problem & Defect Codes
Below is a list of the most recent problem codes related to defects currently in research or development.
PRB0030621 – Workbook issue, some vehicles are unable to be added to Workbook.
PRB0028494 – Seller rating issue, there is currently no way to change a seller rating, regardless of the reason. We are currently researching ways to be able to fix it again, once we have some system in place we can go back and try to make sure everyone's rating is correct.
PRB0027870 - 2nd Chance access from Android devices. Dealers are not able to log in to the 2nd Chance site on Manheim mobile from Android devices.
PRB0030288 – Mobile users can't remove vehicles from Workbook. Per Tech Ops: This has been moved to the backlog and the team will look at it after NADA.
PRB0035360 – The client is unable to get audio during Simulcast sales using Samsung Galaxy 10S and Moto X - Android 10. The client just upgraded to Android 10 and lost audio. At this point, we are not sure if this is just an issue with the customer phone or is this an issue with Android 10.

PRB0035738 – Client reporting issue when you go to inventory and search for a vehicle by VIN it brings up the vehicle and you are able to view the CR but when you search for other vehicle by VIN and click on the CR it loads the CR for the prior vehicle, looks like it’s an error in the search parameters remembering the last entry and clearing the browsing history does not make a difference.
